We may offer special rates for group bookings, longer stays and off peak stays (mid November-mid December and January 3rd-the end of February). *Excluding festivals, school and Bank holidays. Please ask when booking or telephone 01874 712102.

Our guests normally check in after 3pm and check out around 11am. We will be happy to meet your needs outside these hours, if you let us know at the time of booking.

To accept your booking we will require a deposit of £25 per room for single night stays and a deposit of £50 per room for stays of two nights or longer, with the exception of crporate customers who can pay the full amount on arrival.

All deposits are non-refundable however, they may be used at our discretion, if and when you make an alternative booking and stay within one calender month of your original arrival date, subject to availability.

*Please note: All credit card/paypal charges will be passed on to our customers on settlement of their final bill, (paypal is currently + 4%).

Cancellation Policy:
We at the Old Radnor Barn understand that there may be times when cancellation is unavoidable and we will do our best to minimise the financial burden on our guests, providing we can re-let the room at no financial loss to ourselves. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel however, the following conditions will apply:

*All deposits are non-refundable but may be used against another booking and stay made within one calender month after your original arrival date.
*If we are unable to re-let, the following charges will apply:
*Cancellation where less than one weeks notice is given-the full original booking total will be due, (deposit + difference).
*Cancellation where between one week and twenty eight days notice is given 75% of the original booking total will be due, (deposit + difference).
*Cancellation where between twenty eight and fifty six days notice is given 50% of the original booking total will be due, (deposit + difference).

*Please note that we reserve the right to increase/decrease our room charges in line with demand throughout the year. All festival accommodation will be charged at a rate of + £15 per room per night.
